The excitement in Philly is REAL. The EAGLES are Super Bowl bound! The last time the Eagles were in the big game was 2005, so this is kind of a big deal. I am busy planning my menu (because this is a major holiday in our house), and while doing some research came across some ridiculously good recipes. As you can see, a lot of them are Philly-centric.
